Company mainly operates for all of its core services and official obligations from its registered headquarter located at Indiranagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The organization is carrying out research works mainly in health & allied sectors, including sanitation, social welfare , poverty alleviation and employment generation, financial inclusion, rural development, education and the like. Two whole time directors operate as the key managerial personnel of the Organization and they are supported by staff officials, consultants associated with the organization, field level operational staff for research execution both regular and project based associations.

He has professional experience 15+ years, undertaking fields of Health and Socio-economic Development with special emphasis on the areas of economic development and self-help groups, rural development, micro-finance etc. Lokesh Bahadur Singh specializes in awareness programs, training & capacity building programs and development & implementation of project plans at the field level. He has completed more than 30+ large medium and small level projects. All the completed projects were involved in rendering knowledge-based services to government departments, international agencies and Corporate sectors.

Having professional experience more than 16 years, Mr. Anil KumarPandey has expertise with all micro level field planning,Project , primary data collection, and training. He alwaystrusted of qualitative interviews and innovative experimental data collection from gross level. He has completed many large scale surveys i.e. Rural Economic and Demographic Survey (REDS), Annual Health Survey (AHS), NFHS (National Family Health Survey), Census of NHRR ( national health resources Repository), Labor Transitory Market of recent Graduates, Independent Assessment of NRLM, Evaluation of PDS Program, National level Monitoring of Central Sponsored Scheme and many more. Currently Anil Kumar Pandey is overseeing whole field operations at SSN.
